What is most important for our Club?  The answer is simple, it is our memberships.  We value our current members!  In 2012 we need to direct our focus on increasing our membership, retaining our current membership and encouraging the young adults to join as they are the future of our club.

 

The Board of Directors is happy to announce they are keeping the dues structure the same for 2012 with the exception of lowering our Junior membership fee!  It is a struggle to meet our financial obligations each year but we recogonize the condition of our current economy has been difficult for everyone.  We have not increased our dues structure since 2009.

 

We will also be very aggressive in recruiting new members and trying to gain back past members.  To do this in 2012 we are offering super discounts to all new members and to those past members who have not held a membership with the club prior to the 2009 season!  From 2001 till 2011 we have lost 87 memberships.  This is a trend we need to reverse to become a stable club moving in the future.

 

We will also offer a $25 voucher for our clubhouse services to any member that helps to bring back a past member or recruits a new member to join in 2012!

 

The Board is planning a FREE weekend in April for the public to come out and see what our club has to offer.  We hope to tie this in to the opening dance weekend and Friday night dining.  Please watch for more details to come!

 

If you know of anyone interested in receiving our membership letter please contact Denise, a board member or the clubhouse managers.  If you have any ideas on how to increase our membership please share this with our current board.  We need to be sure we are leveraging all our potential.

 

All family and single memberships that pay their dues in full before March 1st will be issued two complimentary green fee passes!

 

We need your help to spread the word and let’s make 2012 our best season ever!

 

Remember to join us on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in Perry City Hall Clarion room as Bill Boorn will review the 2011 financial condition of the club.

Includes full-time students in college through age 23 – not married

Single Membership – Golf, swimming, clubhouse use for one individual -------------- $525.00

Not married and without dependent children

Your dues statement is included in this mailing.  Dues may be paid in three (3) installments with payments due February 1, March 1 and April 1.  If you need additional assistance with a payment plan please contact Denise at 465-4344.  We want to work with all our members who enjoy our facility.

 

Dues must be paid in full by April 1st.  Members must be paid in full before using the facilities.  Members may not participate in golf leagues until dues are paid in full.

 

Dues are collected for the club so the clubhouse managers will not be able to take your dues payment by credit card.  Thank you!
