Happy New Year!  We hope all our members had a safe, happy holiday season! 

 

The board would like to introduce our new Club Managers – Deb Townsend & Tammy Devilbiss!  They are both excited to serve the members of our club and help us to improve the facilities.  We look forward to an exciting, successful 2008!

 

Dan Miner will continue as our Course Superintendent and Denise Niebuhr will be the bookkeeper and in charge of the cart sheds.

 

We hope our membership will grow for the 2008 year.  We are offering discounts to our existing members that have never held a golfing membership and want to upgrade to a single or family membership.  If you are interested in upgrading your membership please contact Denise Niebuhr at 465-4344.   We will also offer discounts to first time new members for single or family memberships.  If you know of anyone interested in receiving our membership letter please contact a board member, clubhouse manager or Denise.

 

All family and single memberships that pay their dues in full before March 1st will be issued two complimentary green fee passes!

 

Thank you to our outgoing board members Dave Iben and Deb Townsend.  Many                          improvements, repairs and fundraisers were successful during their time on the board.  In October Tom Mertz was elected to the board of directors to fill one open seat.  Deb’s seat was appointed to Kelly Whiton and Cindy Sohn.

2008 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

 

 

 

Family Membership – Golf, swimming, clubhouse use for the entire family ----------- $730.00

Includes full-time students in college through age 25 – not married

 

Single Membership – Golf, swimming, clubhouse use for one individual -------------- $525.00

Not married and without dependent children

 

Junior Membership – Golf, swimming, clubhouse use for a student --------------------- $210.00

Includes full-time students in college through age 25 – not married

 

Social Membership with Pool – Clubhouse use and swimming for a family or ------  $250.00

One individual not married and without dependent children

 

Social Membership – Clubhouse use for one individual or one married couple ------ $175.00

 

 

GOLF CART FEES:

 

Shed Rent --------------------------------------------- $55.00

Trail Fees –-------------------------------------------- $45.00

Electricity --------------------------------------------- $30.00

Insurance – does not cover your cart ------- -$10.00

 

 

 

Your dues statement is included in this mailing.  Dues may be paid in three (3) installments with payments due February 1, March 1 and April 1.  If you choose the installment method, please round off your payment to whole dollars. 

 

Dues must be paid in full before members may use the facilities or participate in golf leagues.
