Thirty-eight children, along with their accompanying adults, filled Perry Golf & Country Club with Halloween excitement Saturday afternoon for a festive celebration of games, laughter, and family fun. With a clubhouse full of eager trick-or-treaters and weather that cooperated for an outdoor scavenger hunt, the afternoon was a spooktacular success.
The afternoon was packed with games and activities that kept the children entertained and smiling.
The clubhouse was festively decorated by the Wednesday Morning Golf Ladies, creating the perfect setting for the celebration. The ladies, along with many other volunteers, helped run the games and activities, making the afternoon a memorable experience for everyone who attended.
A special thank-you goes to the planning committee of Ashley Keifer, Ashlee Moorman, Tori Jamison, and Michelle Wilkening for helping organize the event. Special appreciation is also extended to John McGee for providing the music, Dave Iben for capturing the memories through photography, and everyone who donated candy and prizes to make the party extra special.
A huge thank-you goes to Vicki Lage for her tremendous efforts in organizing the children’s Halloween party, as well as the adults’ party that followed that evening. Her hard work and dedication helped make both celebrations possible.
Perry Golf & Country Club is grateful to all the volunteers, donors, and participants who helped make the afternoon such a success. Events like these bring families and friends together, create lasting memories, and strengthen the sense of community that makes the club such a special place.
